Shipping Service

JELLYMONI Home offers free shipping storewide.    

All in stock decor items will ship within 10 days. Once your order has left the warehouse, transit times will range from 2-7 business days. Some items may ship directly from our vendors. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Furniture and lighting will be special ordered on your behalf. In stock furniture will ship within approximately 4 weeks. Furniture and some large items will ship via common freight carrier. Freight transit times range from 3-7 weeks. Freight carriers deliver Monday–Friday from 9am–5pm. A representative from the freight company will call to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you. All freight items should be inspected prior to accepting the delivery.

Furniture orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submitting the order. Any cancellation after this time(once the special order has been placed on your behalf)will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Please note, backorder dates are subject to change based on manufacturer production.

Any item ‘Available on Backorder’ will ship as soon as it becomes available.

JELLYMONI Home cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations or military APO/FPO addresses. 

JELLYMONI Home is not responsible for shipping delays due to the fault of the manufacturer or delivery carrier or for items that are lost or damaged in transit. 


Our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. At this point in time our main priority is the safety of our community – including staff, customers, and suppliers.

Due to COVID-19 there may be delays in order processing and shipping. While we are working to get orders out as quickly as possible, our warehouses will continue working on rotating split shifts with smaller crews to practice social distancing and follow health guidelines.
