Returns and Exchanges
1. Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
2. Returns and Refunds
We do not accept return of products.
Customers can keep the product and also have the right to apply for a full refund within 30 days(We will not take the product back if your refund is approved). Just contact us at support@jellymoni.com to apply for the refund.
You can apply for a refund if the following conditions are met:
- Quality Issues happened to our product
- Wrong items are sent
- The product is not as expected
- Buy the wrong color or size
- Never receive the product
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by e-mail. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jellymoni.com .
